Services
Six services, and the honest edges of each one
Three ways to engage staff, three groups of professionals we place. Every page says what the service covers and where it stops, because the limits are the part that decides whether an agency is the right answer at all.

How we engage
Staffing solutions
Three ways to bring in staff — per diem or short-term to cover a gap, a fixed-term contract, or a permanent hire — scoped and agreed in writing before anyone starts.
Who we place
Professionals we place
Registered nurses and LPNs, CNAs and caregivers, and allied health professionals — matched to your facility’s licensing and specialty requirements, not just to an open shift.
Engagement types
Two ways an engagement is shaped
Everything on this page is engaged one of two ways, and choosing between them is usually the first real decision an administrator makes. The difference is whether the professional stays with the agency or joins your team at the end of it.
Temporary and contract
Per diem cover for a single shift, short-term assignments across a stretch of weeks, or a fixed-term contract running 13 weeks to 12 months with the rate locked in for its length. The end date is defined before anyone starts.
Temporary staffingPermanent placement
A hire who joins your team. We run the needs assessment, recruit through our own network, verify credentials and run background checks, and present only the top 15% of candidates — with a satisfaction guarantee on every permanent placement.

How engagements work
Every engagement starts with a conversation about the role, the setting and the timeline, so the request is scoped before anyone starts looking. We match from a network of professionals who have already been license-verified and background-checked, then document the terms, rates and responsibilities in writing before the assignment begins.
Support runs for the length of the assignment rather than ending once the shift is covered, and someone is reachable around the clock.
Not sure which of these you need?
Most administrators start with the shift in front of them. Tell us the role, the setting and the timeline, and we will say which engagement actually fits — and what it would take to fill it.
