The terms that apply to this website. An assignment itself is governed by the agreement you sign, not by this page.

This website is information, not an agreement

Everything here describes services Simtims Services LLC offers. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and reading it does not create a professional or clinical relationship. An engagement begins when the role, the terms, the rates and the responsibilities have been documented and agreed in writing — not before.

Using the forms

  • Submitting a form is a request, not a booking. Nothing is scheduled until someone from the office confirms it with you.
  • Please give us accurate information, and only information you have the right to share. If you are referring someone else, tell us whether they know.
  • We answer as quickly as we can — but no page here is a guarantee of a response time.

Availability and coverage

We are based in Maryland and staff facilities nationwide. Whether we can cover a specific address, on a specific date, depends on which qualified professionals are available at the time. Coverage described on this site is a description of where we work, not a promise that a particular assignment can be filled.

Engagements and terms

Rates, contract lengths, notice periods and responsibilities are set out in the written agreement for each engagement. Nothing on this site is a quote, and no figure here is binding until it appears in that agreement.

Employment

Role descriptions on this site are not offers of employment. An offer is made in writing, after a screening call, credential verification and a completed background check. Being accepted into our network is not itself a guarantee of assignments.

Our content

The text, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to Simtims Services LLC or are licensed to it. Please do not copy them for another business.

Changes and governing law

We update these terms as the agency changes, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last happened. They are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
